To ensure complete transparency, please read the following terms carefully:

1. Payment Terms
The package fee of ₹9,999 is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee payable at the time of enrollment.

2. Course Fee Structure
The first 1 month of IELTS coaching and the first 15 days of Interview Preparation classes are free. From the 16th day onward, the applicable course fee must be paid by the student to continue the classes.

3. SOP Service Charges
No SOP service charges will be collected before visa approval. SOP assistance is included in the package fee.

4. Laptop Eligibility
The free laptop will be handed over to the student only after they have reached the destination country, enrolled in the college, and completed a minimum of 15 days of classes.

5. Reimbursement Policy
Embassy visa fees and medical fees will be reimbursed to the student’s bank account only after the student visa has been successfully approved and stamped. Original receipts must be submitted.

6. Service Discontinuation Policy
If a student decides to discontinue or terminate our services at any stage, they will be required to pay the service charges incurred by Career Creators Immigration up to that point, as per company policy.

7. General

Note: Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Fees and Payment

All service charges must be paid as per the agreed payment plan.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under circumstances covered in our Refund Policy .
Clients are responsible for paying additional costs such as embassy or government fees, courier expenses, medical tests, and translation or verification fees and GST if required.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Career Creators maintains strict confidentiality of all personal and professional data shared by clients.
Your information will only be used for legitimate purposes related to your application or as required by authorized institutions or immigration departments.

Limitation of Liability

Career Creators shall not be liable for:

Visa refusals or delays caused by government authorities
Policy changes, eligibility modifications, or administrative delays
Errors or omissions in client-provided information
In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client.

Termination of Services

Career Creators reserves the right to discontinue services if:

A client engages in misconduct, misbehavior, or abusive communication
Fees are not paid as per schedule
False or fraudulent documents are submitted
If a client is enrolled in any special offer and withdraws his/her file , he/she terminates the policy of services , then he/she must pay rupees Fifty Thousand only .

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may be eligible for a refund of service fees paid to Career Creators.
By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

All fees paid to Career Creators are for consultancy, guidance, and processing services, not for the outcome (visa approval, admission offer, or PR grant).
Our services commence immediately after registration, therefore refunds are limited and conditional.

If refund is approved GST will be deducted.
Without receipt no refunds will be approved.
All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to info@careercreatorsedu.com ,

Non-Refundable Fees

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

Registration or counselling fees
File assessing or documentation charges
Payments made towards third-party costs such as:
- Government, embassy, or visa application fees
- Courier, translation, or medical test fees
- University application or admission charges
Service fees once a file has been processed or submitted to any institution or immigration body

Ineligibility for Refund

No refund will be provided in cases where:

The visa or admission is refused by authorities.
The client provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.
The client withdraws or fails to cooperate during the process.
Immigration or admission rules change after service initiation.
The client fails to submit required documents within the agreed timeline.

Refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of written approval.

Refund will be issued to the family members or blood relative only in the case of emergency not to the third party.
