Terms and Conditions For
iPhone 15 Pro Max Contest

1. iPhone 15 Pro Max Contest, shall begin on November 1, 2023 and shall conclude at 12 midnight on Dec 25, 2023. This contest will be run by Career Creators Pvt. Ltd.

2. The date may be extended in the future, depending on the request of the contestants/public.

3. The contest will be only running on Instagram between the above-mentioned dates (both dates inclusive).

4. The competition will take place on the official Instagram page of Career Creators at https://www.instagram.com/careercreators7/.

5. Participants are required to craft engaging reels that showcase Career Creators, sharing them via WhatsApp at (+91 62390-40495 / +91 78371-11758) or through Email at careercreatorsedu@gmail.com.

6. A panel of judges will choose and nominate the top entries after the contest period. The entry with the highest combination of views, shares and likes having proportion of 100:50:25 with minimum share of 1000 shares to different account holders, will be awarded the Career Creators Gift Hamper.

7. Participation in the contest implies that participants agree to all Terms and conditions of the contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

8. Participation in the contest is voluntary. By participating in the contest, participants agree to receive communication(s) from Career Creators Pvt. Ltd and/or its agencies relating to the Contest and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claims or raise any complaint against Career Creators Pvt. Ltd and/or the agency.

9. The participation is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating in the contest, the participant hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the user on Instagram or anywhere else by Career Creators Pvt. Ltd and/or the agency for the purpose of the contest. Further, Career Creators shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement and publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the participants including promotion of any products, services distributed and/or supplied by it.

10. Career Creators Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to reject any participant’s entry without the need to notify the participant of the reasons for rejection.

11. Winners must claim the prize and submit/show all relevant details/documents for review in the manner communicated by Career Creators Pvt. Ltd. In case the winner fails to furnish the details/documents on or before the designated date of Dec 25, 2023 or accept delivery of the prize, the winner shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize.

12. Career Creators Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or not fulfil the gift hamper at its sole discretion.

13. Prize will be sent to the winning participant within 30 working days from the date he/she furnishes the correct details as required and asked by Career Creators Pvt. Ltd.

14. Actual prize may vary from the prize depicted in the promotional advertisements.

15. The contest prize are non-transferrable. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the prize.

16. Career Creators Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, alter/amend extend or withdraw the contest and its terms at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.

17. All Instagram terms of use as specified by Meta as well as those stated by Career creators Pvt. Ltd apply to the contest and all its participants.

18. Participants agree that Career Creators Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be included under applicable law).

19. All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with Career Creators Pvt. Ltd at all times and CCPL shall be entitled to use the database of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment, remuneration or compensation to Participant. Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify Career Creators Pvt. Ltd and its officers, directors, employees etc. on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.

20. Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and keep CCPL, its associated companies, its agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the participant.

21. That for the purpose of the result of the draw, the decision of the Management of Career Creators Pvt. Ltd shall be final and will not be challenged under any circumstances by any of the participants. No participant shall make any comment, publicise any remarks in regard to the contest after announcement of the draw and shall in no manner condemn, notify or publicise any words either written, oral or otherwise in any manner against Career Creators Pvt. Ltd or its agents, employees and subsidiaries. Any violation of the said terms shall be a criminal offence punishable under IPC or the relevant law for which CCPL shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the violator, apart from recovery of damages for causing defamation and loss of reputation of the company.

22. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. The Contest comes under the jurisdiction of the Mohali Courts.
